As a Frontend engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping a great developer experience, while working closely with backend engineers and product teams.
You will design and build the SDK and services that enable Web3 builders to ship user-friendly products faster, onboard their users seamlessly, and accelerate product growth.
What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the technical direction of the frontend team, ensuring high-quality architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Write clean, scalable, and performant code while also reviewing and mentoring others.
  • Partner with a Product Manager, a Designer, Backend Engineers to plan and deliver features end-to-end.
  • Drive consistency across the frontend codebase (standards, testing, performance, accessibility).
  • Anticipate technical challenges, propose pragmatic solutions, and guide the team through trade-offs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for cross-team collaboration on frontend-related concerns.
  • Contribute to building a culture of knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and collaboration.
What we’re looking for
  • Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies (e.g. React, TypeScript, state management, build tools).
  • Ability to make architectural decisions and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting other engineers, through code reviews, pairing, or structured guidance.
  • A collaborative mindset — able to work closely with a Product Manager and a Designer to align technical execution with product goals.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technologies, Ethereum ecosystems, and libraries like ethers.js or web3.js
  • Understanding of common Web3 integrations (wallets, smart contracts, APIs)
