Your mission

We’re looking for a high-octane Sales Development Representative to serve as our primary lead generation engine as we sprint toward our upcoming launch of a new financial product later in the summer. 

Reporting to our Head of Sales, this is a pure "hunter" role: you’ll be responsible for creating opportunities from scratch, maintaining high intensity, and driving our outbound motion across digital and physical channels: think warm & cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, etc. as well as identifying new prospects by attending real-life events & conferences.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive outbound prospecting & lead generation across email, LinkedIn, IRL events and other means to generate new sales pipeline.
  • Manage outreach tooling and automation to continually optimize sequences and lead list quality.
  • Execute event-based prospecting, from pre-event outreach to post-event follow-up.
  • Own CRM hygiene and data integrity, including lead tracking, status, and reporting.
  • Refine our ICP, messaging, and sales assets (e.g., guides, objection handling) based on customer discovery and learnings from our sales motions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share prospect insights and support product and marketing feedback loops.
  • Work with sales and company leadership as you identify and route strategic leads.
  • Analyze channel performance and run rapid experiments & A/B to optimize ROI on different outreach methods and parameters (messaging, wording, timing, etc.)

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or partnerships function, ideally within fintech and/or crypto - you’re comfortable selling financial solutions
  • High-intensity approach with a proven track record of creating pipelines from scratch and maintaining cadence.
  • Skilled in disciplined and effective outreach using various methods; objection handling, and consistently booking qualified meetings.
  • Disciplined in CRM hygiene to always keep our sales database up-to-date and expert in leveraging modern sales tooling for repeatable workflows.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, evolving product narratives, and working under pressure.
  • Keeping a growth mindset and high motivation, even when faced with persistent rejection.
  • Ability to synthesize prospect feedback into actionable product and messaging improvements.
  • Clear internal communicator who thrives in cross-functional partnership and event environments.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets, coupled with a desire to be rewarded for performance and impact.
  • Managing cloud CRM & prospecting tools for sequencing, enrichment, automated list-building, and outreach management.

Bonus superpowers

  • Deep existing network within the fintech, crypto, or finance-ops ecosystems.
  • Experience building pipelines from scratch in early-stage, high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency in administering sales tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist) and combining your technical skills with your knowledge of sales best practices and experience in implementing them.
  • Proven, deep experience selling into fintech, finance-ops, or crypto/onchain markets.
  • Strong analytical instincts for channel experimentation and ROI-driven prioritization.
  • Experience in using AI to generate leads on auto-pilot in a cost-effective manner

We're a remote-first team spread across the world, and as such, this is a fully-remote role. While there are no strict geographic restrictions for candidates, you will be expected to cover the European time zone and travel to events and conferences as needed.
